First step: Browse the information of the exposition
The users click on the "latest exposition s" at the lower part in the guiding column of the home page to enter the interface on the latest expositions. Choose interested exposition s to click examining the detail.
Second step: Contact us
We will provide information on the exposition places and the joining exposition . And send the invite book and the application, as well as the plan of the exposition places for reference to you.
Third step: Prearrange the exposition places
The users fill in the application and fax or mail to our company, and we will reserve the places for you provisionally.
Fourth step: Sign the contract for the places
Our company will sign: The "Contract for joining the exposition " with you after receiving your application, and then the Contract will come into force after both sides sign and stamp.
Fifth step: Payment
Your company pays money to the appointed account from the Organizing Committee according to the Contract to fix the places. The places are assigned by the order that funds arrive at the account.
Sixth step: Send the handbooks on participant enterprises
After receiving the remittance, the Organizing Committee will send the handbooks on participant enterprises to your company, (including register time, entering time, display time, remove time, as well as the transportation and the accommodation and so on), moreover ask the participant enterprises to fill in the introduce to the company and the relevant forms to fax to the office of the Organizing Committee, which the forms are used to publish the proceedings of the conference.
