● Introduction to International Auto Industry Exhibitions

      “ International Auto Industry Exhibitions ” is the only large-scale international auto industry exhibitions in the Middle of China which was sponsored by government. This regular exposition has been held for five times successfully since it was started in 1995, which is held at The International Exhibitions Center of Wuhan on September every two years. For ten years' development and practice, the exposition has become a famous international auto industry exhibition in China with its improving abilities on organizing and planning, with expanding scale and with new products and technologies developing. More than one hundred famous manufacturers which come form Germany, America, Japan, French, Britain, China and other countries and areas have all joined this exposition. Since the area of each previous display is more than 30,000 square meters, and the number of visitors reaches several ten thousands person-time, it has become the most large-scale, highest professional and greatest influential exhibitions of domestic and overseas auto industries in the Middle of China .

      Many international famous auto brands were involved in this exhibition such as mercedes-benz, BMW, Audi, GM, Ford, Toyota, Mitsubish-motors, ISUZU, JAGUAR, Bentley, Volvocar and so on. The domestic enterprises which joined the exhibition contain China Faw Group corporation, Dongfeng Motor corporation, Shanghai Automotive industry cop(Group), Zhejiang China Automobile Group Co.Ltd, CSVW, Faw-valkswagen, ShanghaiGM, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automatical Co.Ltd, TianjingXiali, Changan Automobile (Group) liability Co. Ltd, HainanMazda, ChanganSuzuki, XiamenKingLong, Foton and so on. There are also several dozen manufacturers which produce auto accessories, technologic equipments, service devices and articles for auto use attended all previous automobile exhibitions.

The 8th China (Hubei/Wuhan) International Auto Industry Exhibition will be held in Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center during the 12th to the 17th, September. It will be the 8th pageant in Wuhan, the representative city of central China for friends both at home and abroad in auto industry, since the first Wuhan Auto Industry Exhibition in the year 1995. The current exhibition is sponsored by China Machinery Industry Federation, Hubei Provincial People’s Government and Wuhan Municipal People’s Government and undertaken by Hubei Provincial Machinery & Automotive Industry Investment Promotion Department, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Wuhan Sub-Council and Wanteshi Exhibition Co., Limited, Beijing. The estimated area for exhibition is 30, 000 square meters.

Wuhan is one of China’s three biggest bases of automobile manufacturing and an important traffic hinge of railways, highways and aviations. It is also the central city and the biggest all-round industrial base of central China. So it’s an ideal place for auto industry to exhibit products, exchange techniques and seek business opportunities.

In order to accommodate the development of the automobile market in Central China , breed and perfect the system of production, distribution and maintaining services, and at the same time to proffer opportunities for manufacturers and correlated corporations in China and foreign countries to exchange techniques and publicize products, with the great help of Wuhan Municipal People’s Government and other departments, the exhibition has covered a developing course of ten years since the origination in 1995. Before it was held once every two years; now it is held once a year at a fixed time. All previous exhibitions have created great influence in auto industry both in China and foreign countries. At present, it has become a fairly professional, sweeping and influential pageant in Central China.

On the base of previous successful experiences, the 8th China (Hubei/Wuhan) International Auto Industry Exhibition will fully exhibit the bright future of China’s auto industry, activate the whole car-consumption market, lead car consumption, and prompt the healthy development of auto industry. It will also supply a good stage for various manufacturers to develop potential market and build up good brand image, and therefore will benefit both manufacturers and the society.

With the high-speed increase of the China 's economy and facing strict requests of discharges and energy saving , as well as competitions and the challenges after entry the WTO, the China 's industry of internal combustion engine has extensive demands to the propaganda & the display and the exchange & the cooperation more and more in the international scope. In order to provide the more direct and convenient co-operations to domestic and overseas industries of internal combustion engine, the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association is organizing International Exhibition On Internal Combustion Engine in 2006. This was the 7 TH Exhibition of International Exhibition On Internal Combustion Engine started by the original Ministry of Mechanical Industry in 1994. This regular exposition is held a times in Beijing every two years, it has succeed proven in the promoting international relation and understanding, and that has become the most powerful and highly influential professional exposition of international internal combustion engine in China.

The current exposition was sponsored by the sponsor of all previous expositions for internal combustion engine ------ China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, and was undertaken by the Vantage Exhibitions Limited (HK) and Beijing Nongchao Consulting and Planning Co., Ltd. , which the area of the display estimated will reach 20,000 square meters.
